Terms of Service.

Who provides the service

The services are provided by HALIPIX DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, a sole proprietorship registered in Nova Scotia, Canada (Registry ID 4860737), based in Halifax.

Your account

Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Plans and payment

Every tool has a free plan with limits. Paid plans are billed monthly at the price shown when you subscribe, in the currency shown. Founding offers apply only for the period stated (for example, the first six months), then the regular price applies.

You pay by card through Stripe, and your plan renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can also pay by bank transfer; we switch your plan on once the payment arrives. Applicable taxes are added where required.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription; your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then returns to the free plan. Payments for a period already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

We may change prices for future periods; we'll tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you publish with our tools. You give us permission to host, copy and display it only as needed to run the service for you.

You're responsible for your content and for the information you collect from your own customers: you must have the right to use it and, for WhatsApp or SMS messages, your customers' consent to receive them.

Acceptable use

Don't use our services to break the law, send spam, mislead people, infringe someone else's rights, upload malware, or attempt to overload or break into our systems. We may remove content or suspend an account that does, and we'll tell you why when we can.

Custom projects

Websites, AI solutions and other custom work are covered by a separate written quote or agreement. If it conflicts with these terms, the quote or agreement wins for that project.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the services online and backed up, but we can't promise they will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features; if we retire a paid feature, we'll give notice and a fair refund for any unused prepaid period.

Our property

The Halipix name, logo, software and designs belong to HALIPIX DIGITAL SOLUTIONS. Using the services doesn't give you ownership of them.

Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms or leaves a paid plan unpaid. You can ask for a copy of your content before closing.

Liability

The services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Nova Scotia, unless the law of your place of residence gives you a different right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for important changes we'll tell account holders by email at least 30 days in advance.
